What will this cost?
Pricing varies because every engagement is tailored to the leader, team, and scope of work. After our first conversation, I will share a clear proposal based on your goals and the level of support that will serve you best. Many leaders use professional development funding through their schools or districts. CEU applications are in progress with several state departments of education. Sponsored coaching packages are also available each year through Pay It Forward for aspiring leaders facing financial barriers.
Do you offer virtual coaching?
Yes. We will meet on Google Meet for our first session because seeing each other matters, and then we can decide together what format works best for the work we are doing. Some of my coaching clients stay on video call throughout. Others prefer phone for ongoing sessions because it lets them think while walking, looking out a window, or otherwise getting out from behind a screen. The format is yours to choose, and we can change it whenever it stops serving you.
Do you offer in-person workshops?
Yes. I travel to schools and districts throughout the year for retreats, team workshops, and ongoing consulting engagements. Most of my in-person work happens on the East Coast, but I will travel anywhere the work calls for. Travel and venue logistics are part of the engagement scoping and we can talk through the specifics during our first conversation.
What happens after I reach out?
I read every inquiry personally and respond within two business days, usually sooner. The response includes a link to schedule our first conversation. The first conversation is a real exchange about what you are leading and whether what I do is genuinely useful for the moment you are in. If the work is not a fit, we will figure that out together, and I will do my best to refer you to trusted colleagues in my network who is better suited to help you.
How long is the call?
Usually 45 minutes, but if we need more time then we’ll take it.
Can I include multiple people from my team on the call?
Absolutely. When you receive the scheduling link in my reply, there will be a prompt to include others on the call, and they will get the calendar invite for the date and time you choose.
